• All treatments are subject to clinical assessment and eligibility by our GPhC registered pharmacist

• You should always disclose your full medical history and current medications at your consultation
• We accept no liability for adverse outcomes resulting from information withheld by the patient

4. Appointments and cancellations

When booking an appointment with Cotham Pharmacy:

• Please arrive on time for your appointment
• If you need to cancel or rearrange please give us as much notice as possible
• We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments where reasonable notice has not been given
• Appointment availability is subject to change and cannot be guaranteed

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your treatment will be confirmed at your consultation before any treatment is provided. We accept no liability for any discrepancy between prices displayed on our website and prices charged at the point of service.

6. Payment

Payment for private services is due at the time of treatment. We accept cash and card payments. NHS services are subject to standard NHS prescription charges where applicable.

All content on this website including text, images, logos and code is the property of Cotham Pharmacy and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.
